After announcing a strike, the Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport has canceled a quarter of Thursday morning flights.
As part of a protest over poor salaries, unionized workers will walk off the job between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Thursday morning.
“We demand a 300 euro raise for all,” the CGT union said in a statement, pointing to the rapidly rising cost of living.
Workers who are members of unions argue that they are not being compensated adequately to meet the increased demand.
