Air France announcement:

  • A comprehensive training course, accessible without any flying experience
  • Online applications at corporate.airfrance.com before 31 July 2023

Air France is launching a new recruitment campaign for cadet pilots, a comprehensive training program entirely paid for by the airline.

After a rigorous selection process, the successful candidates will join the 80 or so cadets currently being trained at Air France’s partner schools in France.

They will then be able to take the controls as First Officers on:

– Air France’s Airbus A220 and A320 aircraft
– Transavia’s Boeing 737 and its future Airbus A320 and A321neo.

In 2022, 135 cadets joined the 4,500 pilots at Air France and Transavia.
In 2023, Air France plans to recruit a total of 450 to 500 pilots to strengthen its teams.

Applications are open until 31 July 2023 online at corporate.airfrance.com
