At the Paris Air Show, Airbus has officially shown the A350F freighter’s winning livery.
The next-generation freighter, the A350F, was created with sustainability in mind. It is anticipated to have a higher range and capacity to handle rising next-generation freight demands while reducing fuel consumption and carbon emissions by up to 40% as compared to current in-service freighters.
Participants had to emphasize the new, modern aircraft’s potential advantages for international air freight companies and airlines despite the broad design brief.
“I was reading the daily aviation news when the idea of ‘packaging boxes’ suddenly clicked in my head. I sat down with my brother, and we started to bring our concept to life together,” says Quinnten.

John Feehan, a 57-year-old graphic designer from Dublin, Ireland, was another fortunate applicant. His son, who shares his enthusiasm for aviation, encouraged him to enter the contest.
Feehan added, “I couldn’t pass up the chance to work with a leader in aviation.”
The first A350F will be painted by the end of 2024, and the competition winners will witness their designs come to life at that time. In addition, a private factory tour and a limited-edition scale model of the aircraft will be given to the winners.
