How far did you go to make a flight you were late for? Perhaps you made a remarkable run to your gate or even used an airport shuttle to move quickly between terminals.
On June 16, 2023, a determined traveler at Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP) in Spain practically took a leap of faith to make it on a flight he’d barely missed.
An anonymous individual was seen speaking and gesturing to ground staff on the tarmac 12 feet below while a gate agent watched from the jet bridge in video footage of the event that was posted online.
The passenger was then seen about to jump off the jet bridge as ground crew members frantically waved their hands to stop him.
Aeropuerto de Málaga.
Pero como se les os ocurre dejarlo sin Jamón y vino en el trayecto.
Algunos se creen que pueden campar a sus anchas y hacer cuanto les venga en gana.
No majete no. 🤦🏻♂️🫣

Unfazed, the passenger made the leap, and miraculously, he didn’t sustain any injuries despite falling 12 feet.
The daring traveler had already delayed the plane’s taxiing for a few minutes to wait for him, which inconvenienced other passengers.
It is unknown if the passenger was charged after the Spanish Civil Aviation Authority was contacted to address the situation.
