A passenger has allegedly kicked off a Delta Air Lines flight for allegedly breaking the airline’s dress code.
Jauneil Brooks, the passenger, was able to capture the entire incident on his smartphone and submit it to TikTok.
An airline employee can be heard explaining to Brooks that the sweatshirt he was wearing was against Delta Air Lines rules in the video.
Brooks then demanded to see a document that outlined the policy.
A man was kicked off a @Delta flight for wearing an F Biden sweater, even though he took it off. They claim it’s “delta policy” and threaten him with the no fly list.

Brooks should either remove the sweatshirt or face being removed off the flight, according to the crew member.
Brooks eventually gives in and removes his sweater in the next scene. Despite this, he was removed from the flight for refusing to wear a mask.
‘Libs of TikTok,’ a social media channel that uploaded Brooks’ video, appears to have contacted Delta Air Lines to inquire about the carrier’s dress code.
However, an airline agent stated in an online exchange that such a policy does not exist.
Brooks told the press in the United States that he will sue Delta over the incident.
