INCIDENT A Ryanair flight was forced to make an emergency landing

When a passenger died on board a Ryanair flight from Manchester to Malaga, the plane was forced to make an emergency landing in France.

Despite the attempts of his fellow passengers and crew members to resuscitate him, the 84-year-old man died of a suspected heart attack.

The guy in issue fell unresponsive around an hour into flight FR3232, leading the cabin staff to rely on passengers for assistance in administering first aid.

The airplane made an emergency landing in Nantes, France, after a crew member used a defibrillator and conducted CPR on the passenger for 25 minutes.

Paramedics arrived and got him off the plane; they had another 15 minutes, but he did not survive.

According to reports, the father was on his way to Malaga with his family, which included his son and grandchildren.

The crew was shocked and needed some time to recover before restarting the flight.
