Virgin Australia is a big winner in the 2023 AirlineRatings.com Excellence Awards, winning the highly coveted Best Cabin Crew award for the fifth consecutive year and being ranked seventh globally.
The pinnacle of these efforts is its Airline Excellence Awards, which are presented by AirlineRatings.com, the world’s only airline safety, product, and COVID rating website.

The awards, according to Virgin Australia Group CEO Jayne Hrdlicka, strengthen the trust that passengers have in the airline since it consistently upholds the highest levels of service and safety.
