In an effort to expand its network and enhance operations, Jetstar is launching the largest recruiting drive for cabin crew in its 19-year history.
As part of the Qantas Group’s long-term ambition to create 8,500 new operational roles over the following ten years, the Australian low-cost carrier stated it expects to hire 700 new cabin crew by the end of 2023.
In addition to hiring additional employees in Melbourne, Sydney, Cairns, the Gold Coast, and Adelaide, the airline said that it is establishing 40 new cabin crew training facilities across Australia.
